Have you responded to one of our vacancies or have you sent in an open application? Then we process your personal data to be able to process your application.

We do this in preparation for the possible conclusion of an employment contract. We keep your application data for a maximum of 6 weeks after the position has been filled. There will be a response to your message within 4 weeks. This complaint will be treated confidentially. In case of non-processing, you will be notified within 4 weeks. The complaint is handled in 6 weeks by an independent employee.

If a longer period of time is required to conduct the investigation, you will be notified within this set period, with an explanation of the postponement. You will also receive an indication when we can come up with a definitive answer.

If, despite due care, we do not come to a solution, you can submit your complaint to an independent third party, namely Celeste ten Broeke via complaints@wincacademy.nl . The decision of this independent third party is binding on Winc Academy. Any consequences will be handled quickly by Winc Academy. Complaints are registered and kept for twelve months.

If you think that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority in the field of privacy. In the Netherlands this is the Dutch Data Protection Authority .
