Here's what you will learn:

UX Basics

We dive into the theory and teach you how to get into the skin of the visitor and go get that extra mile to excite them and get them to take action.

Digital / Web Design Basics

A beautiful website or app that converts is achieved with a strong UX and Customer experience. You will learn how to align elements so you can create the converting wow factor.

Prototyping (Figma)

In the UX design program Figma you are going to bring concepts to life. You will create Wireframes, visualize your concepts and make it clickable. The result: a prototype ready for presentation!

A/B tests

Design thinking is more than just gut feeling. With A/B tests we find out if the prototype is in line with what the visitor needs. You can use these new insights to fine-tune your design.

Personas

After researching the behavior of the target group, you develop personas. You get to know the target group and determine which objective fit both the sender and the needs of the target group.

Research & User tests

By means of Heatmaps (Hotjar), recordings of users and data in Google Analytics you can map out the behavior of visitors. You can use this data to optimize the usability of your website or app.
