Yesterday Winc Academy, Randstad and Salesforce launched “WRStronger”; a partnership to attract and train talent for the Salesforce Talent Ecosystem.
Salesforce is one of the leading CRM platforms and as adoption of Salesforce products by companies increases, so does the demand for Salesforce skills. By the end of 2026 242k new jobs will be created in Northern Europe, 98k of which will be in the Netherlands. All these jobs need to be filled by Salesforce skilled talents. The search for these talents has resulted in W’RSTronger, a partnership of Randstad, Winc Academy, several Salesforce implementation partners and Salesforce that brings searching, matching, training, hands-on experience and placement together.
IDC predicts that there will be 98.000 Salesforce vacancies before 2026 in the Netherlands alone. These vacancies require skills that are currently hard to find in the labor market. This poses a significant challenge: How are we going to create that much talent in such a short amount of time? Well, together we’re stronger:
First, Randstad Boost will recruit and test potential talent, to measure personal company fit and trainability. Then Winc Academy will train them. We developed a remote but interactive course that teaches theory and practice skills needed to ensure that candidates are ready to start as Salesforce professionals in a matter of weeks. During the first months, candidates receive support on the job from seasoned Salesforce Consultants from Salesforce partners, such as Brigthfox, Nextview, Masterforce and others.
